My career covers the full continuum of commercialization, from orchestrating nine-figure product launches at industry leaders such as Cordis, Stryker, Johnson & Johnson, and Medtronic to guiding venture-backed start-ups from initial pitch decks to market traction.
Core strength: integrating sales and marketing leadership into a single, actionable commercialization strategy—grounded in the realities of quotas and launch timelines.
